与过去十年相比，英国如何确保和改善高层建筑的消防工程质量How to Ensure and Improve the Quality of Fire Protection Projects for High-rise Buildings in UK over the Past Decade

摘要(Abstract)：
论文分析英国高层建筑消防工程的不同参与主体和与之对应的责任，并强调建筑消防工程质量安全的责任对设计者的重要性。研究分析英国高层建筑在过去的十年里消防工程潜在风险和引起火灾的的主要问题，以及从多个不同的角度探讨并评估了三种不同的设计方法来提高高层建筑的消防安全，包括技术水平、材料水平和结构水平。笔者从多维度探究英国提升高层建筑消防工程质量的技术措施和有效机制，明确了英国在消防工程质量方面的责任与联系，从而得到了一些解决未来高层建筑消防工程问题的方案和启示。
