工程质量

装配式混凝土结构工程的质量涉及结构安全和工程验收,其质量管理包括工程前期策划、方案及施工图设计、预制构件深化设计、预制构件生产与安装等全过程控制;项目各参与方应协同配合制订质量管理计划,明确质量管理中重点、难点的质量保证措施;工程实施过程中应严格控制各工序的操作质量,按检验批做好预制构件及其连接节点的质量检查和验收工作;通过试点和示范工程实践,制订并完善装配式工程系列标准,为推广装配式混凝土结构体系的应用提供技术支撑和管理经验,进而推动我国建筑工业化持续健康发展。

Quality of prefabricated concrete structures involved structural safety and acceptance,its quality management was the entire process control,which included engineering pre-planning,program and construction design,detailed design of precast components,prefabricated parts production and installation,etc;all the participants should cooperate to develop quality management plans,find out the key points and difficulties of quality control,and then make quality assurance measures;each step of the operation should be strictly controlled in the process,complete the quality inspection and acceptance of precast components and their connection according to the inspection lot;through pilot and demonstration projects practice to develop fabricated engineering series standards,provide technical support and management experience to promote the use of prefabricated concrete structural system,thus promoting the sustained and healthy development of China's construction industrialization.
